我国大学生就业问题十分严峻,大学生就业能力不足是大学生就业困难的原因之一,模拟面试是提高大学生面试能力和就业能力的有效途径,通过对当前大学毕业生参与模拟面试的情况调查,对有效开展模拟面试对大学毕业生就业能力提升的作用分析,探索高校在大学生中有效开展模拟面试的途径。

College students' employment problem is very serious in our country. College students' employment ability is one of the reasons why university students' employment difficult. Mock interviews are the effective ways to improve college students' ability to interview and employment ability. In this paper, through investigation into the situation of current university graduates to participate in the mock interviews, to effectively conduct mock interviews to the college graduates employment ability promotion effect analysis, explores effective conduct mock interviews among college students.
