基于过氧化氢酶(HRP)催化和硼酸特异性识别,成功制备了一种多壁碳纳米管- HRP -聚氨基苯硼酸(MWCNTs - HRP - PABA)复合膜并用于过氧化氢生物传感器.紫外-可见和红外光谱表明 MWCNTs - HRP - PABA 复合物具有良好的生物相容性并保持了 HRP 的生物活性.电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和扫描电化学显微镜(SEM)表明,在HRP 酶的催化下,聚氨基苯硼酸成功聚合.在0.1 M PBS 溶液中,PABA 具有一对可逆的氧化还原峰,表明了 HRP 酶的活性中心与电极之间的直接电化学.该生物传感器性能良好,过氧化氢的浓度在1.21 mM 至20 M 之间具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.9973,检测下限为5.0 M (S∕N =3).因此,这种基于 HRP 催化和硼酸特异性识别的方法为设计独特的生物传感器提供了一个良好的平台.

Carbon nanotube - HRP - poly (aniline boronic acid) (PABA) composites were compared based on enzyme catalyzed polymerization ,and a novel biosensor was constructed by spreading the composites on the carbon glass electrode .UV -visible and Fourier transform infrared spectra of the resulting MWCNTs - HRP - PABA composite films suggested that the immobilized HRP retained its original structure .Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy images of the sensor confirmed the formation of PABA by enzyme catalytic polymize in the presense of ABA -MWCHTs and HRP .Cyclic voltammograms of PABA at MWCNTs - HRP - PABA modified glassy carbon electrode showed a pair of well - defined redox peaks of PABA in 0.1 M PBS solution ,which indicated a direct electron transfer between the enzyme active center and the electrode surface .Amperometric measurement were linearly related to H2 O2 concentration on wider linearity range for 1.21 mM to 20 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9973 , and the detection limit 5 M (S∕N = 3) . The enzymatically induced deposition of PABA provided a general platform for the design of novel electrochemical biosensors .
