目的:探讨纳洛酮对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者相关参数的影响。方法2011年6月至2014年6月间60例慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规治疗,观察组30例加用纳洛酮,比较两组患者的疗效、氧代谢、血气分析、肺功能指标情况。结果治疗后,两组患者氧代谢、血气分析及肺功能均明显改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,两组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组70.00%(P<0.01)。结论纳洛酮可有效改善慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者的氧代谢、血气分析以及肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토납락동대만조폐호흡쇠갈환자상관삼수적영향。방법2011년6월지2014년6월간60례만조폐호흡쇠갈환자수궤분위량조,대조조30례급여상규치료,관찰조30례가용납락동,비교량조환자적료효、양대사、혈기분석、폐공능지표정황。결과치료후,량조환자양대사、혈기분석급폐공능균명현개선,단관찰조명현우우대조조,량조간수거비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조치료총유효솔위96.67%,명현고우대조조70.00%(P<0.01)。결론납락동가유효개선만조폐호흡쇠갈환자적양대사、혈기분석이급폐공능,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the influence of naloxone on COPD patients complicated with respirato-ry failure. Methods 60 COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure from June 2011 to June 2014 were ran-domly divided into two groups:30 cases in the control group given conventional treatment and 30 cases in the observa-tion group treated with naloxone. The efficacy, oxygen metabolism, blood gas analysis, and pulmonary function indi-cators were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, oxygen metabolism, blood gas analysis and pulmonary function improved significantly in the two groups, and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (70. 00%) (P<0. 01). Conclusion Naloxone can effectively improve blood gas analysis and pulmonary function in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure oxygen metabolism.
