近年来,使用抗生素的副作用越来越多地受到关注,世界上许多国家已出台相应政策来控制抗生素的使用。但是由于养殖行业的迅猛发展,养殖密度加大,养殖动物病害发病的风险提高,急需可替代抗生素的新型绿色饲料添加剂产品。微生态制剂作为一种新型绿色饲料添加剂,在养殖行业发挥了重要作用。随着饲用微生态制剂产品研发的深入,现代生物技术在提升微生态制剂的理论和应用研究方面发挥着重要作用。PCR、核酸分子杂交、基因工程以及组学等技术已应用于微生物菌种鉴定、基因改良、作用机理等研究中。本文对饲用微生态制剂的研发现状进行了阐述,并综述了现代生物技术在饲用微生态制剂研究中的应用。

근년래,사용항생소적부작용월래월다지수도관주,세계상허다국가이출태상응정책래공제항생소적사용。단시유우양식행업적신맹발전,양식밀도가대,양식동물병해발병적풍험제고,급수가체대항생소적신형록색사료첨가제산품。미생태제제작위일충신형록색사료첨가제,재양식행업발휘료중요작용。수착사용미생태제제산품연발적심입,현대생물기술재제승미생태제제적이론화응용연구방면발휘착중요작용。PCR、핵산분자잡교、기인공정이급조학등기술이응용우미생물균충감정、기인개량、작용궤리등연구중。본문대사용미생태제제적연발현상진행료천술,병종술료현대생물기술재사용미생태제제연구중적응용。
In recent years,the side effects of using antibiotics have been received increasingly attention. In order to control the use of antibiotics,many countries had issued some relevant policies. However,the rapid development of breeding industry led to the increase of breeding density,as well as raised the risk of disease incidence in breeding an-imals,new green feed additive which can replace antibiotics are needed urgently. As a new green feed additive,probi-otics plays an important role in the breeding industry. With more and more research focus on feeding probiotics prod-uct development,the modern biotechnology plays a very important role in the theoretical and applied research in probi-otics. Some modern biotechnologies,such as PCR,nucleic acid molecular hybridization,genetic engineering and ge-nomics,etc. have been applied in Microbial strain identification,genetically modified,mechanisms of action and oth-er research. In this paper,the present progress of research and development in probiotics had been stated,and the application of modern biotechnology in feeding probiotics had been reviewed.
