本文从主催化剂注入量、氢气进料量、浆料循环、夹套循环冷却水调节阀、环管反应器夹套水换热器等方面分析影响丙烯聚合温度的原因,通过增设换热器和篮式过滤器、稳定催化剂、氢气及丙烯加注量、平稳操作,加强轴流泵及TV242调节阀的管理,使聚丙烯装置长周期平稳运行。
本文從主催化劑註入量、氫氣進料量、漿料循環、夾套循環冷卻水調節閥、環管反應器夾套水換熱器等方麵分析影響丙烯聚閤溫度的原因,通過增設換熱器和籃式過濾器、穩定催化劑、氫氣及丙烯加註量、平穩操作,加彊軸流泵及TV242調節閥的管理,使聚丙烯裝置長週期平穩運行。
본문종주최화제주입량、경기진료량、장료순배、협투순배냉각수조절벌、배관반응기협투수환열기등방면분석영향병희취합온도적원인,통과증설환열기화람식과려기、은정최화제、경기급병희가주량、평은조작,가강축류빙급TV242조절벌적관리,사취병희장치장주기평은운행。
From several aspects including loading amount of main catalyst,hydrogen feed quantity,slurry circulation,jacket circulating cooling water regulating valve and loop reactor jacket water heat exchanger,the reasons for propene polymerization temperature oscillation were analyzed in this paper. Through the addition of heat exchanger and basket strainer,stabilizing the feed quantity of catalyst, hydrogen and propene,smooth operation,and strengthening management of axial pump and TV242 regulating valve,the long-term smooth operation of polypropylene plant was ensured.
