根据GB 50341—2014《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范》要求,对浮顶油罐自动通气阀的功能和设置要求进行了简单阐述。结合某工程8万立方米浮顶油罐的实例,对自动通气阀进行了选材和设计计算。设计可靠,能够满足浮顶油罐的通风要求。为其他大型浮顶油罐自动通气阀的设计提供了参考。

The functions and basic requirements of automatic ventilation valve are simply discussed under the requirements of GB 50341—2014 “Code for Design of Vertical Cylindrical Welded Steel Oil Tanks”. Combined with one real project of 8×104m3 oil tank, the detailed design,calculation and material selection for the automatic ventilation valve are finished. It can meet the ventilation requirements for floating roof oil tank by the reliable design. The reference for design of automatic ventilation valve of other large floating roof oil tank is provided.
