针对元曲输油管道油源不足,低输量运行的问题,着重从管道的热力特性及运行方式进行分析,评述分析外输温度、原油粘度、管道摩阻随距离和输量变化的情况,以及外输含水、输油泵运行对管线运行的影响,总结出管道低输量运行会带来凝管事故、翻越点增多损坏管线和运行费用增加等问题,并提出了降低元曲输油管道运行不稳定性的方法及具体措施,为元曲线的安全平稳运行提供参考。

This article focuses on insufficiency of oil resources and operation at low-throughout in Yuanqu oil pipelines and analyses the influential factors to the operation of oil pipelines,including transmission temperature,viscosity of crude oil and changes of friction with distance and throughout as well as with water in transportation and oil pumps. It concludes that operation at lower throughout could cause accidents such as pipeline coagulation,pipeline damage by increasing turnover points and increase operating costs. Suggestions are proposed so as to ensure stable and safe operation of the pipelines.
