采用电絮凝法对渭北油田污水进行处理,用铝极板作为组合电极,考察了电流强度、极板间距以及电解时间等因素对浊度去除效果的影响。结果表明,在电流强度为1.5 A、电解时间为10 min、极板间距为6 cm 时,油田污水的浊度显著降低,去浊率达到95%,除油率为97%,并且具有较好的杀菌效果。
採用電絮凝法對渭北油田汙水進行處理,用鋁極闆作為組閤電極,攷察瞭電流彊度、極闆間距以及電解時間等因素對濁度去除效果的影響。結果錶明,在電流彊度為1.5 A、電解時間為10 min、極闆間距為6 cm 時,油田汙水的濁度顯著降低,去濁率達到95%,除油率為97%,併且具有較好的殺菌效果。
채용전서응법대위북유전오수진행처리,용려겁판작위조합전겁,고찰료전류강도、겁판간거이급전해시간등인소대탁도거제효과적영향。결과표명,재전류강도위1.5 A、전해시간위10 min、겁판간거위6 cm 시,유전오수적탁도현저강저,거탁솔체도95%,제유솔위97%,병차구유교호적살균효과。
The electro-coagulation method was applied to treat Weibei Oilfield sewage.Aluminum plate was used as composite electrode,the effects of current intensity,electrode spacing and electrolysis time on turbidity removal efficiency were studied respectively.Results showed that,the turbidity of oilfield sewage was signifi-cantly decreased under the following conditions:current intensity of 1.5 A,electrolysis time of 10 min,electrode spacing of 6 cm.The removal rate of turbidity was 95%.The oil removal rate was 97%.This method had good sterilization effect.
