目的：探讨瑞替普酶与阿替普酶治疗急性肺动脉栓塞( APE)临床效果差异。方法选取APE患者52例，随机分为A组(26例)和B组(26例)，分别采用阿替普酶和瑞替普酶溶栓治疗；比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 B组患者溶栓总有效率和死亡率均显著优于A组(P<0．05)；两组患者溶栓出血率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；B组患者治疗后血浆D-二聚体水平均显著低于A组(P<0．05)。结论瑞替普酶治疗APE效果优于阿替普酶，具有临床应用价值。

목적：탐토서체보매여아체보매치료급성폐동맥전새( APE)림상효과차이。방법선취APE환자52례，수궤분위A조(26례)화B조(26례)，분별채용아체보매화서체보매용전치료；비교량조환자림상료효。결과 B조환자용전총유효솔화사망솔균현저우우A조(P<0．05)；량조환자용전출혈솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0．05)；B조환자치료후혈장D-이취체수평균현저저우A조(P<0．05)。결론서체보매치료APE효과우우아체보매，구유림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect difference between rt-PA and r-PA in the treatment of APE patients. Methods 52 patients with APE were chosen and randomly divided into two groups: the group A (26 patients) with r-PA treatment and the group B (26 patients) with rt-PA treatment. The clinical effect of both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of thrombolysis and the mortality were significant better in the group B than in the group A (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in hemorrhage rate of thrombolysis between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . After the treatment, the level of plasma D-dimer was significant lower in the group B than in the group A ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compared with r-PA treatment, rt-PA has better clinical effect in the treatment of APE.
