参考浊度测量相关标准,结合常规中低浊度场合测量特点,设计了一种90°散射原理的在线式浊度传感器,并介绍了传感器的测量原理、光路设计、结构设计和测控电路设计。参照相关标准对传感器性能进行了实验验证,其测量重复性为0.25%,量程漂移为1.2%,线性误差为1.2%。实验结果表明:传感器测量重复性好,测量精度高,可较好地适用于水环境监测和水质污染控制等场合的浑浊度监测。

Refer to relevant standards about turbidity measurement and combined with feature of conventional low turbidity measurements,a 90°scattering turbidity on-line sensor is designed,and measuring principle,optical path design,structure design and measurement and control circuit design are introduced. Refer to relevant standard, experimental verification is conducted measurement repeatability is 0. 25%,span drift is 1. 2%,and linearity error is 1. 2%. Experimental results show that the sensor has good measurement repeatability and high measurement precision,especially suit for turbidity monitoring in the occasions of water environment monitoring and water pollution control.
