研究了一种基于聚苯胺/氧化钴的磷酸根修饰电极。该电极以玻碳电极为基底电极,以掺杂钴离子的聚苯胺为电极敏感膜。通过实验比较,得到对磷酸二氢根响应较好的钴离子掺杂浓度。制成的电极能斯特响应线性范围在10-1~10-4 mol/L,斜率为-27.1 mV/dec,检测下限为9.3×10-5 mol/L;电极具有较短的响应时间,很好的稳定性和重复性,对磷酸根的检测具有一定的研究意义。
研究瞭一種基于聚苯胺/氧化鈷的燐痠根脩飾電極。該電極以玻碳電極為基底電極,以摻雜鈷離子的聚苯胺為電極敏感膜。通過實驗比較,得到對燐痠二氫根響應較好的鈷離子摻雜濃度。製成的電極能斯特響應線性範圍在10-1~10-4 mol/L,斜率為-27.1 mV/dec,檢測下限為9.3×10-5 mol/L;電極具有較短的響應時間,很好的穩定性和重複性,對燐痠根的檢測具有一定的研究意義。

Study on a phosphate radical ion-selective modified electrode based on polyaniline/cobalt oxide,which is based on glassy carbon electrode as basal electrode and the cobalt ions-doped polyaniline as sensitive film. Concentration of cobalt ions-doped,which responses well to dihydrogen phosphate ion is obtained by test comparison. The electrode has a linear response in the concentration range of 10-1~10-4 mol/L,with a slope of-27. 1 mV/dec and a detection limit of 9. 3 ×10-5 mol/L;the electrode has short response time,good stability and repeatability,the method has a certain significance for the detection of phosphate radical.
