采用 Stber 方法制备了二氧化硅纳米颗粒(硅球)。通过偶联反应将3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(ACTES)与二乙烯三胺(DETA)的反应产物接枝在硅球上,形成含功能基的硅球,再和锰离子配位得到一种含锰及二乙烯三胺修饰的功能基二氧化硅纳米颗粒。用 FTIR、TGA、SEM 和 EDS 对其进行了表征,并用改进的四氮唑蓝法对其 SOD 活性进行了测定。结果表明,该纳米颗粒具有较高的 SOD 活性,其活性单位为 IC50=0.026 g·L-1。

Silica nanoparticles were prepared by Stber method.The reaction product derived from the reac-tion between 3-chloropropyl(triethoxysilane)(ACTES)and diethylenetriamine(DETA)was loaded on surface of the silica through coupling reaction to form functionalized silica nanoparticles.Mn(Ⅱ)-Containing DETA modified silica nanoparticles were obtained by the coordination interaction of Mn(Ⅱ)and the functionalized sili-ca nanoparticles.The product was characterized by FTIR,TGA,SEM and EDS.The SOD activity of the product was investigated by modified tetrazole method.The results showed that the nanoparticles exhibited high SOD activity and the activity unit was IC50 =0.026 g·L-1 .
