地方高校学生党员校外志愿服务普遍存在活动形式不够丰富、创新性不足，志愿者服务意识不强、积极性不高，志愿服务机制不完善、社会支持不足等问题。为有效推进校外志愿服务，加强学生党员党性修养，玉林师范学院努力规范和完善学生党员志愿服务的招募、培训、激励、评价和保障等各个环节，逐步建立起了具有校本特色的学生党员校外志愿服务长效机制。
地方高校學生黨員校外誌願服務普遍存在活動形式不夠豐富、創新性不足，誌願者服務意識不彊、積極性不高，誌願服務機製不完善、社會支持不足等問題。為有效推進校外誌願服務，加彊學生黨員黨性脩養，玉林師範學院努力規範和完善學生黨員誌願服務的招募、培訓、激勵、評價和保障等各箇環節，逐步建立起瞭具有校本特色的學生黨員校外誌願服務長效機製。
