以预镀金膜的玻碳电极为工作电极,采用阳极溶出伏安法实现了水中三价砷及总砷的测定。研制了镀金液、测砷电解液及还原剂,研究了镀金膜条件及富集电位、扫描结束电位、清洗电位等对重复性的影响,改进了参比电极。在最优实验条件下,三价砷在0.10V ~0.12V 之间产生灵敏的溶出峰,检测限为0.5μg/L ,精密度达3%。
以預鍍金膜的玻碳電極為工作電極,採用暘極溶齣伏安法實現瞭水中三價砷及總砷的測定。研製瞭鍍金液、測砷電解液及還原劑,研究瞭鍍金膜條件及富集電位、掃描結束電位、清洗電位等對重複性的影響,改進瞭參比電極。在最優實驗條件下,三價砷在0.10V ~0.12V 之間產生靈敏的溶齣峰,檢測限為0.5μg/L ,精密度達3%。

The As3+ and total arsenic in water were determined by using the electrochemical anodic stripping voltammetry on gold film electrode .The electrolyte for gold electroplating and bottom liquid e‐lectrolyte and reducing agents were developed ,and the condition of treating gold on the working electrode , potential and improving the function of the reference electrode were discussed. Under the optimum condition ,the peak potential was 0.10V‐0.12V for As3+. The detection limit was 0.5μg/L ,the precision was 3% .
