目的:了解基因芯片检测技术在诊断结核病以及药敏试验的优缺点。方法同时留取病人两份痰液标本,以细菌学培养为参照标准,分别进行菌种鉴定、利福平和异烟肼的药物敏感性检测,两种方法得到的检测结果不同的标本进行DNA测序。结果共109例患者痰标本被纳入本次对照研究,分枝杆菌菌种鉴定检测的敏感性为98.17%(107/109);利福平药物敏感性检测的敏感性98.92%(92/93);异烟肼药物敏感性检测的敏感性97.85%(91/93);与BACTEC MGIT 960菌种鉴定和耐药性检测均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论基因芯片作为新的结核诊断检测手段,拥有与传统方法同样的敏感性和更快的检测速度。

Objective To understand the advantages and disadvantages of gene chin technology in the diag-nosis of tuberculosis and drug susceptibility test. Methods The sputum of tuberculosis patients was cultured to iden-tify the species and be given rifampicin and isoniazid sensitivity test. The different results of the two methods was given DNA sequencing. Results There were 109 specimens of sputum included in this study. The sensitivity of strain identification was 98. 17% (107/109), and the sensitivity of rifampicin and isoniazid was 98. 92% (92/93) and 97. 85% (91/93) respectively. Compared with bacterial strain identification and susceptibility test, there was no significant difference in gene chin technology (P>0. 05). Conclusion Gene chin, as a new diagnosis tuberculosis detection, has the similar sensitivity and faster detection speed than the traditional detection method does.
