目的：对罕见的主动脉及肺动脉同时发生的夹层动脉瘤进行报道并讨论其死亡原因。方法：分析1例因主动脉夹层动脉瘤合并肺动脉夹层动脉瘤猝死病例的解剖所见、组织学特征，结合文献分析讨论。结果：死者男性，76岁，因外力打击后猝死于家中。解剖所见主动脉、肺动脉夹层动脉瘤形成，肺动脉各级分支夹层动脉瘤形成伴动脉管腔狭窄。组织学证实大动脉动脉粥样硬化。结论：主动脉合并肺动脉夹层动脉瘤非常罕见，病情凶险，易引起猝死。

목적：대한견적주동맥급폐동맥동시발생적협층동맥류진행보도병토론기사망원인。방법：분석1례인주동맥협층동맥류합병폐동맥협층동맥류졸사병례적해부소견、조직학특정，결합문헌분석토론。결과：사자남성，76세，인외력타격후졸사우가중。해부소견주동맥、폐동맥협층동맥류형성，폐동맥각급분지협층동맥류형성반동맥관강협착。조직학증실대동맥동맥죽양경화。결론：주동맥합병폐동맥협층동맥류비상한견，병정흉험，역인기졸사。
Objective:To report the rare case of dissection of the thoracic aorta associated with dissection of the pulmonary artery and discuss the cause of death. Methods:hTrough review the literature and analyze the anatomy ifndings and histological characteristics in one case of sudden death due to aortic dissecting aneurysm with the pulmonary artery dissection, the clinical significance and cause were discussed. Results:The male death of 76 years old, sudden death at home after blunt blow. Anatomy findings showed that aorta and pulmonary artery dissection aneurysm formed. Pulmonary artery branch dissecting aneurysm formed at pulmonary artery tree with artery luminal stenosis. Conclusion:Dissection of the thoracic aorta associated with dissection of the pulmonary artery is very rare, dangerous illness, easy cause sudden death.
