目的：通过对60例支气管扩张症患者手术治疗，总结其围手术期雾化吸入治疗体会。方法：回顾性分析60例支气管扩张症患者手术治疗的有关临床资料，所有患者均实施手术治疗，将60例行肺叶切除术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，对照组给予胸外科常规治疗，干预组在此基础上实施围手术期雾化吸入治疗干预。结果：干预组术前肺功能测定有所改善，术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：围手术期雾化吸入治疗，能够改善患者手术前肺功能，降低手术后并发症，提高手术成功率。
목적：통과대60례지기관확장증환자수술치료，총결기위수술기무화흡입치료체회。방법：회고성분석60례지기관확장증환자수술치료적유관림상자료，소유환자균실시수술치료，장60례행폐협절제술환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각30례，대조조급여흉외과상규치료，간예조재차기출상실시위수술기무화흡입치료간예。결과：간예조술전폐공능측정유소개선，술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：위수술기무화흡입치료，능구개선환자수술전폐공능，강저수술후병발증，제고수술성공솔。
Objective:By 60 cases of patients with bronchiectasis surgical treatment, to summarize the perioperative atomization inhalation therapy. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of patients with bronchiectasis surgical treatment of the clinical material, all patients were surgery treatment, 60 routine lobe resection were randomly divided into intervention group and control group and each group was 30 patients, and the control group given conventional treatment thoracic surgery, Intervention group on the basis of the implementation of perioperative atomization inhalation therapy intervention. Results:Intervention group determination of preoperative pulmonary function improved. Complications intervention group was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Perioperative atomization inhalation therapy, can improve patients with preoperative pulmonary function, reduce the complications after the operation, improve the success rate of surgery.
