目的：探讨灵芝孢子粉对LA795非小细胞肺癌小鼠CD44和突变型P53蛋白表达的影响及抑瘤作用。方法将肺癌瘤株小鼠分别用80%和40%浓度剂量的灵芝孢子粉0．4 ml灌胃13天。停药后处死小鼠，检测瘤重，计算灵芝孢子粉对肺癌的抑瘤率，并采用Western blotting法检测瘤组织CD44和突变型P53蛋白的表达，结果服用灵芝孢子粉的肺癌小鼠，抑瘤率分别为49．5%和40．2%(P<0．01)；CD44和突变型P53蛋白表达显著低于模型对照组(P<0．01)。结论灵芝孢子粉能抑制肺癌小鼠CD44和P53的表达，而这种表达的改变可能与抑瘤作用有关。

목적：탐토령지포자분대LA795비소세포폐암소서CD44화돌변형P53단백표체적영향급억류작용。방법장폐암류주소서분별용80%화40%농도제량적령지포자분0．4 ml관위13천。정약후처사소서，검측류중，계산령지포자분대폐암적억류솔，병채용Western blotting법검측류조직CD44화돌변형P53단백적표체，결과복용령지포자분적폐암소서，억류솔분별위49．5%화40．2%(P<0．01)；CD44화돌변형P53단백표체현저저우모형대조조(P<0．01)。결론령지포자분능억제폐암소서CD44화P53적표체，이저충표체적개변가능여억류작용유관。
Objective To explore the effect of ganoderma spores on the expression of CD44 and P53 proteins and tumor suppression in mouse with non small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) . Methods Mice with NSCLC were ga-vaged by 0. 4 ml ganoderma lucidum spores for 13 days with 80% and 40% concentrations respectively, and then they were killed after drug withdrawal. Tumor weight and anti-tumor ratio were detected. The levels of CD44 and P53 proteins were tested by western blotting. Results After the treatment, the anti-tumor ratio was 49. 5% and 40. 2%in the high and low dose groups respectively ( P<0. 01 ) . The levels of CD44 and P53 proteins were lower in the study group than in the model group ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Ganoderma spores can decrease the expression of CD44 and P53 proteins, and the change may be related with anti-tumor effect.
