目的：观察铜绿假单胞菌胸腔注射治疗肺腺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法61例肺腺癌合并中到大量胸腔积液患者随机分成三组,以培美曲塞联合顺铂全身化疗作为基础治疗,分别接受胸腔内注射铜绿假单胞菌注射液、香菇多糖及顺铂治疗。观察胸水疗效及不良反应。结果铜绿假单胞菌注射液治疗组有效率85．7%。香菇多糖治疗组有效率59．1%,顺铂治疗组有效率47．1%。铜绿假单胞菌治疗组疗效好于其它两种药物(χ2=6．73,P<0．05)。铜绿假单胞菌注射液治疗组不良反应发生率低,反应轻微。结论铜绿假单胞菌胸腔注射治疗肺腺癌所致恶性胸腔积液疗效显著,副反应发生少且轻微。
목적：관찰동록가단포균흉강주사치료폐선암악성흉강적액적림상료효。방법61례폐선암합병중도대량흉강적액환자수궤분성삼조,이배미곡새연합순박전신화료작위기출치료,분별접수흉강내주사동록가단포균주사액、향고다당급순박치료。관찰흉수료효급불량반응。결과동록가단포균주사액치료조유효솔85．7%。향고다당치료조유효솔59．1%,순박치료조유효솔47．1%。동록가단포균치료조료효호우기타량충약물(χ2=6．73,P<0．05)。동록가단포균주사액치료조불량반응발생솔저,반응경미。결론동록가단포균흉강주사치료폐선암소치악성흉강적액료효현저,부반응발생소차경미。
Objective To observe the effect of interpleural infusion of pseudomonas aeruginosa injection for lung adenocarcinoma caused malignant pleural effusion. Methods 60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma and malig-nant pleural effusion were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups. 21 cases were treated with pseudomonas aerugi-nosa injection interpleural infusion, 22 cases were treated with lentinan and 17 cases with cis-plastin. The clinical ef-ficacy and adverse reaction were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the pseudo-monas aeruginosa injection treatment group was 85. 7%, and the total effective rates of the other 2 groups were 59. 1% and 47. 1% respectively. The total effective rate of the pseudomonas aeruginosa injection treatment group was the highest in the three groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The incidence of serious side effects and toxicity was lower in the pseudomonas aeruginosa injection treatment group than in the other 2 groups. Conclusion The effect of interpleural infusion of pseudomonas aeruginosa injection for malignant pleural effusion is significant, and the adverse reaction is mild.
