以南方医科大学2008-2012级医学研究生为实践对象,构建南方医科大学医学研究生创新教育体系,即注重教学内容与方法改革,培养创新思维与能力;注重学科平台与导师队伍建设,提高原始创新起点与水平;注重质量监控与多元评价探索,强化协同创新与成效;注重激励机制与育人环境建设,提升创新动力与活力,并对实施效果进行了评价。

이남방의과대학2008-2012급의학연구생위실천대상,구건남방의과대학의학연구생창신교육체계,즉주중교학내용여방법개혁,배양창신사유여능력;주중학과평태여도사대오건설,제고원시창신기점여수평;주중질량감공여다원평개탐색,강화협동창신여성효;주중격려궤제여육인배경건설,제승창신동력여활력,병대실시효과진행료평개。
Based on the national call for the educational system for cultivating innovative postgraduates, aiming to help teach the graduate students of year from 2008 to 2012 of Southern Medical University, it established an educational system with components of pedagogical reform, disciplinary integration for supervisors team construction, multiple talent assessments, disciplinary collaboration and motivational encouragement. After 5 rounds of its practice, the outcomes were evaluated. The favorable outcomes made it necessary to promote the experience of construction of the educational system and its practice.
