采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法，探究高校排球比赛中集体效能、团队凝聚力和比赛成绩的关系。结果表明：集体效能和任务凝聚力具有较强的相关性，而和社会凝聚力的关系不大，并证明了集体效能、团队凝聚力和比赛成绩的积极关系；对于团队比赛来说，集体效能和团队凝聚力是互相依存的，两者将对比赛成绩产生积极的影响。

The goal of the article was to explore the relations among collective efficiency, task cohesion and competition results through questionnaires and mathematical statistics methods. It showed that collective efficiency and task cohesion have close relations, but not with social cohesion.The positive relation among collective efficiency, group cohesion and competition results was also found in the atrticle. Overall, in the team sports, collective efficacy and group cohesion depend on each other, which could have positive effections on competition results.
