针对一厚板零件原工艺中冲压后机加工的效率低且质量一致性较差的问题,对厚板零件的冲压工艺和模具设计进行了改进。实践表明,采用小间隙精密冲裁模在液压机上冲裁零件,零件断面质量好,圆角带和毛刺较小,完全达到质量要求,提高了生产效率。

The stamping process and die design for a thick sheet were improved in terms of the low machining efficiency and poor quality uniformity after stamping by original scheme. The practice shows that the quality of part’s section was good, and the fillet zone and burr were small, which was blanking by the fine-blanking die with extremely small clearance assembled in a hydraulic machine.
