On the basis of setting the effective teaching goal of physical education on college physical education in space time structure,this paper discusses the problems that exist in space time structure in college physical education and puts forward some effective teaching strategies based on space time struc-ture so as to enable the more extensive and more effective application of the effective teaching theory in improving the quality of college physical education.
