围绕“如何培养中学优质数学教师”，结合地方高校定位、数学专业特点和基础教育需求，以湖州师范学院数学和应用数学专业为例，从人才培养模式改革的方式、核心、对象和着力点等要素出发，构建地方高校数学师范生“四协同”人才培养新模式，使人才培养质量得到显著提高。

This paper focuses on how to cultivate high quality middle school mathematics teachers. Combined with the orientation of local universities,properties of mathematics major and demand of bas-ic education,we take mathematics and applied mathematics major of Huzhou Teachers College as an ex-ample and structure the"four coordination"training mode for mathematical normal students in local u-niversities.In practice,this new talent training mode has achieved significant results.
