围绕“如何培养中学优质数学教师”,结合地方高校定位、数学专业特点和基础教育需求,以湖州师范学院数学和应用数学专业为例,从人才培养模式改革的方式、核心、对象和着力点等要素出发,构建地方高校数学师范生“四协同”人才培养新模式,使人才培养质量得到显著提高。
圍繞“如何培養中學優質數學教師”,結閤地方高校定位、數學專業特點和基礎教育需求,以湖州師範學院數學和應用數學專業為例,從人纔培養模式改革的方式、覈心、對象和著力點等要素齣髮,構建地方高校數學師範生“四協同”人纔培養新模式,使人纔培養質量得到顯著提高。
위요“여하배양중학우질수학교사”,결합지방고교정위、수학전업특점화기출교육수구,이호주사범학원수학화응용수학전업위례,종인재배양모식개혁적방식、핵심、대상화착력점등요소출발,구건지방고교수학사범생“사협동”인재배양신모식,사인재배양질량득도현저제고。
This paper focuses on how to cultivate high quality middle school mathematics teachers. Combined with the orientation of local universities,properties of mathematics major and demand of bas-ic education,we take mathematics and applied mathematics major of Huzhou Teachers College as an ex-ample and structure the"four coordination"training mode for mathematical normal students in local u-niversities.In practice,this new talent training mode has achieved significant results.
