通过依从性高低的利弊、影响因素、护理措施及依从性的波动性等方面对脑卒中患者康复治疗的依从性现况进行综述，结果发现：高依从性能够促进脑卒中患者的疾病自护能力，提高患者的生活质量，降低患者复发的风险；低依从甚至不依从，可能导致脑卒中患者再次卒中、“二次损伤”及再次住院；脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性的影响因素主要包括社会因素、家庭因素、个人因素、医院因素等；可采取加强监督、信息化技术及综合干预等措施提高脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性；脑卒中患者的康复治疗依从性随着疾病处于不同阶段而发生波动，临床医护人员应结合患者给予个性化的干预措施。脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性是一个动态变化的过程，需要医护人员不断跟进和观测。

Through the review of the current situations of compliance on patients with stroke rehabil-itation therapy from the advantages and disadvantages of compliance levels,the influencing factor of compliance,nursing intervention of compliance and fluctuation of compliance,the results show that:with the adherence,it is feasible to promote the disease self protection ability for stroke patients,to improve the life quality for patients,to reduce the risk of recurrence for patients;low compliance or e-ven no compliance,could lead the patients with cerebral apoplexy to stroke again,"secondary injury", and to be hospitalized again;the factors affecting the rehabilitation treatment compliance of patients with cerebral apoplexy including social factors,family factors,personal factors,hospital factors,etc. To improve rehabilitation treatment adherence of patients with cerebral apoplexy,the measures that can strengthen supervision,information technology,comprehensive intervention and more should be taken;the rehabilitation treatment adherence of patients with cerebral apoplexy fluctuates with disease at dif-ferent stages,clinical medical staff should provide patients with individualized interventions combining with the rehabilitation treatment adherence.The rehabilitation treatment adherence of patients with cer-ebral apoplexy is a process of dynamic change.It needs the medical staff to follow up continually,to ob-serve the rehabilitation treatment adherence of patients in a scientific and sustainable way.
