采用历史性对照研究，选取子宫肌瘤患者80例为研究对象，分别组成对照组和观察组，两组患者均采用手术治疗，并根据患者设计心理问题及需求调查表，根据调查结果对照组实施子宫肌瘤常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上增加心理干预护理.采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者心理干预前后焦虑、抑郁程度进行评定，对比分析两组患者的术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症和满意度.结果显示，观察组心理干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组心理干预后的术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症均低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).由此可见，心理干预能够改善子宫肌瘤手术患者的负性情绪，对预防术后并发症及促进患者康复起着重要作用.

With a historical contrastive research,we selected 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids as research subjects and they were divided into two groups,the matched group and the observation group.The patients of the two groups were treated by operation and filled out the questionnaire which was designed about patients'psychological problems and needs.According to the survey results,the pa-tients of the matched group were taken routine care.The patients of observation group were taken not only routine care but also psychological intervention care.Self rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self rating depression scale (SDS)were used to evaluate anxiety and depression of two groups'patients,and their recovery time of gastrointestinal function after surgery,hospitalization time after operation,postopera-tive complications and satisfaction were compared.The results show that the score of anxiety and de-pression of the observation group was lower than matched group's,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function after surgery,the hospitalization time after operation and postoperative complications of observation group was lower than matched group 's,satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the matched group's,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).It follows that the psychological intervention can improve negative e-motions of surgical patients with uterine fibroids and has important effort in preventing postoperative complications and promotes the rehabilitation of patients.
