通过对当前实践教学模式的分析与探讨，提出了基于校企合作的应用型人才实践教学培养模式，并对该模式的校内教学建设及校外实习模式建设进行了探讨，希望能切实提高学生的工程综合素质，为国家培养理论知识和实践能力兼备的高素质工程技术人才。

Based on analysis of present practice teaching mode ,the mode for applied talents based on school enterprise cooperation is put forward. By discussing the teaching construction on campus and practice mode outside school,some measures to improve the students’ engineer-quality are put forward. The talented people have both theory and practice can be provided for our country.
