本文以聚天冬氨酸为膨胀剂,取代负极活性物质中的木素磺酸钠,测试其对铅蓄电池低温和荷电保持性能的影响。添加聚天冬氨酸后,电池首次低温放电容量较低,但随着低温循环次数增加,其放电容量逐渐升高,至稳定时,放电容量略高于木素磺酸钠电池的。电解液添加质量分数为1.0%的聚天冬氨酸后,对硫酸铅晶粒有细化作用,电池容量恢复性较好。

In this paper, the effect on the low temperature capacity and charge retention of lead-acid battery with polyaspartic acid instead of sodium lignosulphonate in the negative active materials was reviewed. The results showed that the low temperature capacity of battery was increased slowly as cyclic life increasing though the ifrst capacity was lower, and the stable discharge capacity of lead-acid battery with polyaspartic acid was a little more than that with sodium lignosulphonate. The capacity recovery of battery was better when the polyaspartic acid was added into electrolyte because it could reifne the crystalline structure of lead sulfate.
