本文通过优化废铅膏制备4B S的合成方法,利用液相反应与高温烧结相结合,制备出了纯度为98%的4BS晶体;通过XRD与SEM表征、极板电化学性能测试及电池测试等试验发现,其作为正极添加剂可显著提高电池放电容量与循环寿命。

The purity of 4BS crystal was 98%, which was prepared with scrap lead paste through using liquid phase reaction combined with high-temp sintering to optimize the synthetic process. by XRD, SEM, the electrochemical tests of plates and battery performance tests, it was found that the synthesized 4BS as a positive additive could improve the capacity and cycle life of lead-acid batteries signiifcantly.
