本文对PE隔板刺穿造成的短路问题进行分析,介绍了PE隔板抗刺穿性能的测试方法,分析了不同厂家、不同批次PE隔板微观结构(SEM)与抗刺穿性能、伸长率之间的关系,认为结晶度高、晶体颗粒规则均一的PE隔板的抗刺穿性能好,但可能对伸长率有负面影响。本文还分析了造成隔板破损引起接触短路的3种情况。
本文對PE隔闆刺穿造成的短路問題進行分析,介紹瞭PE隔闆抗刺穿性能的測試方法,分析瞭不同廠傢、不同批次PE隔闆微觀結構(SEM)與抗刺穿性能、伸長率之間的關繫,認為結晶度高、晶體顆粒規則均一的PE隔闆的抗刺穿性能好,但可能對伸長率有負麵影響。本文還分析瞭造成隔闆破損引起接觸短路的3種情況。

This paper analyzes the short-circuit problem caused by penetration of PE separators, introduces the methods of penetration-resistance performance test of PE separators, and analyzes the microstructure (SEM), penetration-resistance performance and elongation of PE separators from different manufactures and different batches, and the relationship between them. The conclusion is that the penetration-resistance performance of PE separators with high crystallinity and regular/uniform crystal particles is good, but the elongation may be affected negatively. In addition, this paper analyzes three situations that cause separators break and lead to short-circuit eventually.
