目的 探讨眼睑恶性肿瘤切除术后眼睑缺损的修复手术方法.方法 对32例眼睑恶性肿瘤按Mohs法切除肿瘤,根据缺损部位和大小采用不同皮瓣修复.结果 所有病例无1例皮瓣坏死,术后眼睑成形佳.结论 眼睑恶性肿瘤采用Mohs法切除,I期修复眼睑,较好地达到了结构和功能恢复.
目的 探討眼瞼噁性腫瘤切除術後眼瞼缺損的脩複手術方法.方法 對32例眼瞼噁性腫瘤按Mohs法切除腫瘤,根據缺損部位和大小採用不同皮瓣脩複.結果 所有病例無1例皮瓣壞死,術後眼瞼成形佳.結論 眼瞼噁性腫瘤採用Mohs法切除,I期脩複眼瞼,較好地達到瞭結構和功能恢複.

Objective To investigate the surgical repair for the eyelid defects after eyelid malignant tumor surgery.Methods Eyelid malignant tumor of 32 cases were excised according to the Mohs surgery.Different skin flaps were used to repair the defects according to the area and size of the defects.Results No necrosis happened in all cases.After the operation the eyelid had good shape.Conclusion The eyelid malignant tumor can be excised according to the Mohs surgery.It can be repaired primarily.The eyelid can achieve the structural and functional restoration well.
