重载汽车驾驶室翻转系统手摇泵的换向芯轴与其配合孔接触面较长，采用的O型橡胶密封圈密封结构泄漏严重，其换向芯轴与配合孔的制造难度也大。提出采用耐磨垫与O型橡胶密封圈的换向芯轴通油孔组合密封方案，对耐磨垫与O型橡胶密封圈进行选型和结构设计。经实际生产和使用验证，采用新的组合密封方案既解决了手摇泵的泄漏问题，同时大大降低了换向芯轴与配合孔的制造难度。

The hydraulic valve spool of hand?operated pump of truck cab has long cylindrical mating surface with its mating hole,the sealing structure of O?ring exists serious leakage problem,and the manufacture of the spool and its mating hole is difficult.The sealing method combined wear pad and O?ring was presented to apply for the seal of the oil hole of valve spool,the type of the wear pad and O?ring was selected and the structure was designed.The practical production and application prove that the leakage problem of hand?operated pump is solved,and the difficulty of manufacturing of the spool and its mating hole is reduced greatly.
