以径向浮环动静压轴承为研究对象,将浮环质量考虑在内,建立轴颈和浮环的动力学方程;用Routh?Hur?witz准则推导径向浮环轴承的稳定性判据;用差分法计算某结构高速径向浮环动静压轴承的刚度系数和阻尼系数,得到不同偏心率下的失稳转速,并探讨浮环质量对轴承稳定性的影响。结果表明:浮环质量对轴承稳定性有一定影响,且影响随浮环质量与转子质量的比值增大而增大;考虑浮环质量会使得相应的失稳转速有所降低,且降低幅度随偏心率先增大后减小。
以徑嚮浮環動靜壓軸承為研究對象,將浮環質量攷慮在內,建立軸頸和浮環的動力學方程;用Routh?Hur?witz準則推導徑嚮浮環軸承的穩定性判據;用差分法計算某結構高速徑嚮浮環動靜壓軸承的剛度繫數和阻尼繫數,得到不同偏心率下的失穩轉速,併探討浮環質量對軸承穩定性的影響。結果錶明:浮環質量對軸承穩定性有一定影響,且影響隨浮環質量與轉子質量的比值增大而增大;攷慮浮環質量會使得相應的失穩轉速有所降低,且降低幅度隨偏心率先增大後減小。

The dynamic model of journal and floating ring for a radial floating ring hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearing was established when considering the floating ring mass. The stability criterion of the radial floating ring bearing was de?duced using Routh?Hurwitz method.The stiffness and damping coefficients of a high speed floating ring bearing were calcu?lated with finite difference method.The threshold speeds under different eccentricity were acquired,and the influence of floating ring mass on bearing stability was investigated.Results show that the influence of floating ring mass on bearing sta?bility is increased when the increasing of mass ratio of float ring and rotor.The threshold speed is decreased when the float?ing?ring mass is considered,and with the increasing of eccentricity,the magnitude of change is increased first and then de?creased.
