研究不同结构含磷极压剂对冲压加工摩擦磨损性能的影响。使用SRV试验机和ERICHSEN金属板材成型试验机,并结合添加剂分子的热失重分析,对不同结构含磷极压剂在冲压加工过程的润滑性能进行研究。结果表明,热分解温度较低的亚磷酸酯类极压剂能够极大地提高油品的埃里克森杯凸值( IE值),可有效地提高冲压油的润滑性能。但随温度升高,亚磷酸酯类极压剂易出现摩擦因数“突增”现象,可通过添加剂的适当复配,避免润滑油出现摩擦因数的“突增”。
研究不同結構含燐極壓劑對遲壓加工摩抆磨損性能的影響。使用SRV試驗機和ERICHSEN金屬闆材成型試驗機,併結閤添加劑分子的熱失重分析,對不同結構含燐極壓劑在遲壓加工過程的潤滑性能進行研究。結果錶明,熱分解溫度較低的亞燐痠酯類極壓劑能夠極大地提高油品的埃裏剋森杯凸值( IE值),可有效地提高遲壓油的潤滑性能。但隨溫度升高,亞燐痠酯類極壓劑易齣現摩抆因數“突增”現象,可通過添加劑的適噹複配,避免潤滑油齣現摩抆因數的“突增”。

The influence on friction and wear properties by different structure phosphate extreme?pressure additives dur?ing stamping process was researched.The lubricating properties of different structure phosphate additives during stamping process were studied using Optimol SRV and ERICHSEN sheet metal forming machine and combining with molecular ther?mo?gravimetric analysis of additives.The results show that the sub?phosphate extreme?pressure additive with lower decom?position temperature can extremely enhance Ericson trophy value ( IE value ) , and improve the lubrication properties of stamping oils.However along with rising of temperature,the phenomena of “Suddenly increasing” of friction coefficient is easily appeared,which can be avoided by suitably mixing of several additives.
