目的：研究妇女乳腺保健知识、态度、行为现状及影响因素。方法：100例妇女采用问卷调查，调查妇女乳腺的保健知识、态度知识以及行为现状，并总结妇女乳腺的主要影响因素。结果：妇女乳腺保健知识平均得分(9.7±4.3)分，45%的妇女对乳房保健知识不完全了解，48%的妇女知道坐立卧姿对乳腺保健有影响，38%的妇女指出乳房不适和月经周期有着直接的关系。妇女乳腺保健知识、态度以及行为的主要影响因素与受教育程度和是否受过乳腺保健宣传相关。结论：社区妇女乳腺保健知识水平较低，更应该提高社区妇女的文化程度，加大乳腺保健知识的宣传力度，注重乳腺保健的健康宣教。

Objective:To explore the influence factors and status of the women's breast health knowledge,attitude and behavior. Methods:100 cases of women adopted the questionnaire survey.The women's breast health knowledge,attitude and status behavior were surveyed,and the main influence factors of women's breast were summarized.Results:The average score of women's breast health knowledge was(9.7±4.3).45% of women did not understand the breast health knowledge completely.48% of women knew the set position had influence to the breast health.38% of women said the breast discomfort had direct relationship with menstrual cycle.The main influence factors of women's breast health knowledge,attitude and behavior were related with the level of education and accepting breast health propaganda or not.Conclusion:The women's breast health knowledge level in community was low.The women's cultural level in community should be improved;the propaganda intensity of breast health knowledge should be increased;the breast health education should be pay attention to.
