酸性水汽提装置净化水进入焦池作为切焦水使用后,出现了切焦水系统局部弯头壁厚减薄、高压水球阀三位阀杆腐蚀问题,影响生产。对球阀取样进行了化学成分分析、电镜观察、能谱分析、硬度检测、腐蚀产物 X 射线衍射分析,认为冲蚀-腐蚀的联合作用导致切焦水线高压水球阀密封面失效,腐蚀介质促进了冲刷腐蚀。从降低腐蚀介质含量、优化阀门结构和材料、优化操作、加强监测等方面提出了预防腐蚀的建议。

산성수기제장치정화수진입초지작위절초수사용후,출현료절초수계통국부만두벽후감박、고압수구벌삼위벌간부식문제,영향생산。대구벌취양진행료화학성분분석、전경관찰、능보분석、경도검측、부식산물 X 사선연사분석,인위충식-부식적연합작용도치절초수선고압수구벌밀봉면실효,부식개질촉진료충쇄부식。종강저부식개질함량、우화벌문결구화재료、우화조작、가강감측등방면제출료예방부식적건의。
The purified water from acid water steam extraction unit was used as cutting coking water in delay-coking unit.Some corrosion problems were discovered in cutting coking water sys-tem,such as the wall thickness reduction of some elbow and the corrosion failure of the ball valve.The failure of ball valve was analyzed by the methods of chemical components analyses, scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis,and X-ray diffraction.And the com-bined effect of erosion-corrosion by cutting coking water was the mainly reason caused the failure based on the above results.Some measurements were proposed to solve the problems such as pro-moting materials and reducing corrosives.
