目的：探讨综合呼吸功能训练对肺癌患者术后康复的临床效果。方法：收治肺癌手术患者60例，随机将其分成试验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组在对照组的基础上给予综合呼吸功能训练，对比两组的术后康复效果。结果：试验组术后住院天数、肺部并发症发生率及胸管留置时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合呼吸功能训练对肺癌患者术后康复具有积极的临床意义，能有效减少并发症的发生，提高患者的治疗有效率。

목적：탐토종합호흡공능훈련대폐암환자술후강복적림상효과。방법：수치폐암수술환자60례，수궤장기분성시험조화대조조，매조30례。대조조급여상규호리，시험조재대조조적기출상급여종합호흡공능훈련，대비량조적술후강복효과。결과：시험조술후주원천수、폐부병발증발생솔급흉관류치시간균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호흡공능훈련대폐암환자술후강복구유적겁적림상의의，능유효감소병발증적발생，제고환자적치료유효솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive respiratory function training on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group was given comprehensive respiratory function training on the basis of the control group.The effects of postoperative rehabilitation in two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative hospital stay,incidence rate of pulmonary complications and chest tube indwelling time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive respiratory function training has positive clinical significance on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the treatment efficiency of patients.
