Ginkgo Biloba Extract%Ghrelin%Obesity%Blood LiPid inIndex
目的:研究银杏叶片水溶液对肥胖大鼠胃促生长素(ghrelin)表达的影响。方法高脂饲料喂养实验组大鼠6w,建立肥胖高脂血症模型,随机分组(正常对照组;模型组;辛伐他汀对照组及银杏叶片水溶液高、中和低剂量组),对实验组大鼠给药5w;观察SD大鼠体重、体长、血脂指标、Lee氏指数/体长及血浆中ghrelin表达的影响。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组体重、体长、血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低(P<0.05),与模型组相比银杏叶水提取物高、中、低组血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高;胃促生长素(ghrelin)在血浆中的表达与正常对照组相比,模型组的表达低,与模型组相比,银杏叶片水溶液高中低剂量组的血浆ghrelin表达高,并有一定的浓度梯度,模型组低于正常对照组,银杏叶水提取物组高于正常对照组。结论银杏叶水提取物干预组与模型组相比ghrelin表达、体重、血脂都显著差异(P<0.05),尤其是在血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)方面作用明显。

목적:연구은행협편수용액대비반대서위촉생장소(ghrelin)표체적영향。방법고지사료위양실험조대서6w,건립비반고지혈증모형,수궤분조(정상대조조;모형조;신벌타정대조조급은행협편수용액고、중화저제량조),대실험조대서급약5w;관찰SD대서체중、체장、혈지지표、Lee씨지수/체장급혈장중ghrelin표체적영향。결과여정상대조조비교,모형조체중、체장、혈장감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)승고,고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)강저(P<0.05),여모형조상비은행협수제취물고、중、저조혈장감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)강저,고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)승고;위촉생장소(ghrelin)재혈장중적표체여정상대조조상비,모형조적표체저,여모형조상비,은행협편수용액고중저제량조적혈장ghrelin표체고,병유일정적농도제도,모형조저우정상대조조,은행협수제취물조고우정상대조조。결론은행협수제취물간예조여모형조상비ghrelin표체、체중、혈지도현저차이(P<0.05),우기시재혈장감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)방면작용명현。
Objective Summary PurPose Researching the influence of ginkgo biloba extract to obese Rats' ghrelin exPression. Methods SD rats were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks to make a model of fat hyPerliPoidemia ,and randomly divided into 6 grouPs (normal control,model grouP ,simvastain control grouP ,high dose grouP of ginkgo biloba extract ,middle dose grouP of ginkgo biloba extract and low dose grouP of ginkgo biloba extract).Gave the exPerimental grouPs corresPonding medicine to intervene 5 weeks, observe the SD Rats' weight , body length ,blood liPid index ,Lee's index (/body length)and influence of ghrelin's exPression in the Plasma. Results ComPared with the Normal control ,the weight ,body length, triglyeride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density liPoProtein cholesterol(LDL-C) of the model grouP was increased , high density liPoProtein cholesterol (HDL-C) was decreased(P<0.05). ComPared with the model group , the weight ,body length, triglyeride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) of high-dose grouP ,middle-dose grouP and low-dose grouP of ginkgo biloba extract were decreased , high density liPoProtein cholesterol (HDL-C) was increased. The model grouP had a lower exPression than the normal control on Plasma's ghrelin expression. ComPared with the model group ,the grouPs of ginkgo biloba extract on Plasma's ghrelin exPression had a higher exPression , and had a certain degree of concentration. The model grouP was lower than the normal control , the grouPs of ginkgo biloba extract were higher than the normal control. Conclusion There are significant differences (P<0.05) in ghrelin's exPression,weight and blood liPid between the grouPs of ginkgo biloba extract and the model grouP, esPecially in triglyeride (TG) and total cholesterol(TC).
