目的：比较电话随访与家庭访视在干预高血压中的效果。方法：选择原发性高血压患者1114例，随机分为电话随访组(A组)和家庭访视组(B组)，每组557例。A组给予电话随访，B组给予家庭访视，对患者的不良生活方式进行干预，然后对随访成功的患者给予二次随访。比较两种随访方式干预前后的效果。结果：B组除体重指数、吸烟及饮酒项目外，其他各项差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：家庭访视效果好，遵医行为好，干预性强，但效率低，失访率高。电话随访效率高，失访率相对较低，但效果差，遵医行为差，信息失真，干预性弱。
목적：비교전화수방여가정방시재간예고혈압중적효과。방법：선택원발성고혈압환자1114례，수궤분위전화수방조(A조)화가정방시조(B조)，매조557례。A조급여전화수방，B조급여가정방시，대환자적불량생활방식진행간예，연후대수방성공적환자급여이차수방。비교량충수방방식간예전후적효과。결과：B조제체중지수、흡연급음주항목외，기타각항차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：가정방시효과호，준의행위호，간예성강，단효솔저，실방솔고。전화수방효솔고，실방솔상대교저，단효과차，준의행위차，신식실진，간예성약。
Objective:To compare the effects of telephone follow-up and family-call in the intervention of hypertension.Methods:1 114 patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the telephone follow-up group(A group) and family-call group(B group) with 557 cases in each.A group was given telephone follow-up.B group was given family-call.The unhealthy life styles of patients were intervented,then the follow-up successful patients were given two times follow-up.The effects of two follow-up types were compared before and after intervention.Results:In addition to the body mass index,smoking and drinking,other items of B group were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family-call has good effect, good compliance behavior,strong intervention,but its efficiency is low,the dropout rate is high.The telephone follow-up has high efficiency,relatively lower dropout rate,but its effect is poor,the compliance behavior is poor,the information is anamorphic,the intervention is weak.
