目的 研制高敏感性随机点光栅立体视觉检查卡,探讨其在海军招飞体检中的实用价值. 方法 对象为2014年海军招飞全面体检中视力≥0.8且眼位正常的861名男性青年,采用新研制的随机点光栅立体视觉检查卡和数字化立体视觉检查图(颜氏图)分别测定每位受检者的立体视锐度. 结果 光栅立体视觉检查卡和颜氏图两种方法所测得立体视觉正常者(立体视锐度≤60")分别为98.03%和97.44%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.667,P>0.05).其中有27例受试者在阴雨天的自然光线下检查时光栅检查卡检查立体视觉正常,颜氏图检查立体视锐度≥100",应用日光灯改善照明后复查颜氏图,结果均≤60". 结论 随机点光栅立体视觉检查图板能精准地进行立体视锐度定量测定,使用快捷简便.在室内光线较暗时比颜氏图更为敏感,在招飞体检工作中有重要实用价值.

Objective To develop a new lenticular-grating random-dot stereotest plate and evaluate its practicability in the physical examination of Naval Air Force recruitment.Methods A new lenticular-grating random-dot stereotest plate was developed.The stereo-acuity of 861 subjects with normal vision (≥0.8) and eye position was respectively measured by the plate and Yan's Digital Stereovision Test Chart in the physical examination of Naval Air Force recruitment.Results The percentage of normal stereovision (stereo-acuity≤ 60") was 98.03% by lenticular-grating stereotest plate and 97.44% by Yan's chart.No statistical significance was found between them (Z=-1.667,P>0.05).The stereo-acuity of 27 subjects was recognized with normal vision by lenticular-grating random-dot stereotest but ≥100" by Yan's chart when they were in the natural light of overcast.As the auxiliary luminance applied,their stereo-acuity was recognized ≤60" by Yan's chart.Conclusions The new lenticular-grating random-dot stereotest plate could accurately and promptly measure the threshold values of stereo-acuity.The plate has better sensitivity than Yan's Digital Stereovision Test Chart in dim light.The lenticular-grating random dot stereotest plate shows favorable practicality in the physical examination of pilots recruitment.
