The paper introduces a site energy-efficiency testing method for the electric hoist,used to measure the pow-er parameters of the electric hoist with the smart electric meter and current transformer,to collect the motion parameters of the electric hoist with the height sensor,and to write power acquisition software by LabVIEW.The paper analyzes the effect of load and starting-braking time on the measuring precision during energy-efficiency test for the electric hoist.The test shows that the method is able to get the energy-efficiency of the electric hoist in an easy and reliable manner on the working site,indicating the promotion value.
