强夯机在使用中因臂架侧向刚度不足而导致事故频发,造成严重经济损失和人员伤亡,而引起事故的起升动载系数和起升绳偏摆角不是确定值。鉴于此,提出一种基于非概率可靠性理论的强夯机臂架侧向刚度分析方法,对引起事故的未知有界变量用区间集合表示,建立非概率可靠性模型,计算臂架侧向刚度的可靠性指标。将该指标与臂架侧向刚度的安全系数相比较,验证该方法的有效性,为强夯机臂架基于可靠性的设计提供参考。

Accidents resulting from insufficient lateral rigidity of the compactor cantilever takes place frequently during use,causing serious economic damage and casualties,but the lifting dynamic load factor and tilt angle of lifting rope resul-ting in accidents are undetermined.In this case,the paper puts forward the lateral rigidity analysis method for cantilever of dynamic compactor based on non-probability reliability theory,with the unknown bounded variable resulting in accidents to be represented by the interval set to develop the non-probability reliability,in order to work out the reliable index of the lat-eral rigidity of the cantilever.The index is compared with the safety factor of the lateral rigidity,which verifies that the method is effective,providing guidance for reliable design of the cantilever of dynamic compactor.
