目的：胆囊结石是肝胆外科临床的常见病和多发病。近年来保胆取石术逐渐在临床上得到广泛应用，但对于该手术方式的评价并不统一，而且患者对于该术式的选择也有诸多疑惑，这就给胆囊结石围手术期的护理工作提出了新的内涵和要求。本文就此类患者的护理体会做一简单的介绍。
목적：담낭결석시간담외과림상적상견병화다발병。근년래보담취석술축점재림상상득도엄범응용，단대우해수술방식적평개병불통일，이차환자대우해술식적선택야유제다의혹，저취급담낭결석위수술기적호리공작제출료신적내함화요구。본문취차류환자적호리체회주일간단적개소。
Gall stone is the Department of hepatobiliary surgery clinical common and frequently occurring disease.In recent years,cholelithotomy gradually widely used in clinic,but the evaluation for the operation mode is not unified,and the patients for the surgical options also have many doubts,which puts forward the new concept and requirements of the nursing work on peri operation period to the gallbladder stones.In this paper,we do a simple introduction for the nursing experience to such patients.
