针对轮胎式集装箱门式起重机焊接式轨道在运行过程中极易产生疲劳开裂的问题,本文主要研究并提出了一系列工艺改进措施来改善轨道焊接接头的抗疲劳性能。与传统工艺相比,本研究主要考虑了焊脚尺寸与焊接位置对轨道焊接接头抗疲劳性能的影响。通过对比试验结果与模拟计算分析可以发现,增大上焊脚尺寸能显著提高轨道焊接接头的抗疲劳性能,而改变焊接位置对轨道焊接接头的抗疲劳性能影响不大。
針對輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機銲接式軌道在運行過程中極易產生疲勞開裂的問題,本文主要研究併提齣瞭一繫列工藝改進措施來改善軌道銲接接頭的抗疲勞性能。與傳統工藝相比,本研究主要攷慮瞭銲腳呎吋與銲接位置對軌道銲接接頭抗疲勞性能的影響。通過對比試驗結果與模擬計算分析可以髮現,增大上銲腳呎吋能顯著提高軌道銲接接頭的抗疲勞性能,而改變銲接位置對軌道銲接接頭的抗疲勞性能影響不大。

For the problem that the welded track of the yard crane is prone to fatigue cracking during running,the pa-per mainly studies and proposes a serial of technology improvement measures to perfect the anti-fatigue performance of the track welding joint.Compared to traditional technology,the study focuses on the effect of the leg size and welding position on anti-fatigue performance of the welding joint.Compared the test result with the simulated result,it’s found that increas-ing the size of the upper leg can significantly improve anti-fatigue performance,while changing the welding position has lit-tle effect.
