大型液化天然气（LNG）储罐铝吊顶结构用来吊挂顶部玻璃棉保冷材料，国际 LNG 储罐承包商大多数都拥有自行编制的铝吊顶设计软件。吊顶设计中需考虑吊顶及保冷层重力和低温收缩应力综合作用下的结构受力，欧洲和美国等国际储罐设计规范中对此部分的设计描述不多，铝吊顶结构设计为储罐设计难点之一。以国内某已建大型 LNG 储罐吊顶参数为例，对铝吊顶计算理论及力学控制方程进行了初步探讨，并对迭代求解过程进行了介绍。求解结果显示，吊顶结构存在很大的力学富裕量，较为安全合理。

The aluminum suspended deck of large liquefied natural gas (LNG)storage tank is used for hanging the upper glass wool insulation material.Most international LNG contractors have their own prepared aluminum suspended deck design software.In the suspended deck de-sign,it needed considered gravity of aluminum suspended deck and insulation material,cryogenic shrinkage stress under the combined effects of the force structure,so suspended deck design is one of the difficulties in tank design.Using the suspended deck parameters of one built tank in domestic LNG projects,the stability of the tank was analyzed.The calculation theory and me-chanics control equation were analyzed and discussed,and the iterative solution process was de-scribed.
