通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相组织分析、断口扫描电镜分析等方法,对沿海化学工业区某石化企业管道阀门不锈钢螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,螺栓材料的碳质量分数偏高,超过了相关标准中的要求,螺栓经过形变强化处理,在晶界处有明显的碳化物析出,断口为岩石状沿晶断裂特征,断口中含有 Cl 元素。螺栓材料碳质量分数超标,同时未进行固溶热处理,加之在沿海大气环境中服役,导致螺栓发生了沿晶应力腐蚀开裂。
通過化學成分分析、力學性能測試、金相組織分析、斷口掃描電鏡分析等方法,對沿海化學工業區某石化企業管道閥門不鏽鋼螺栓的斷裂原因進行瞭分析。分析結果錶明,螺栓材料的碳質量分數偏高,超過瞭相關標準中的要求,螺栓經過形變彊化處理,在晶界處有明顯的碳化物析齣,斷口為巖石狀沿晶斷裂特徵,斷口中含有 Cl 元素。螺栓材料碳質量分數超標,同時未進行固溶熱處理,加之在沿海大氣環境中服役,導緻螺栓髮生瞭沿晶應力腐蝕開裂。

According to the use of chemical analysis,mechanical testing,metallurgical analysis, SEM analysis of fracture and other methods,the case of austenitic stainless steel bolts fracture failure in Coastal Chemical Industrial Park is analyzed.The results show that,the carbon content of the bolts exceeds the standard requirement,the bolts receive deformation strengthening treat-ment,in the grain boundary carbide precipitation at the obvious,and the rock-like characteristics of intergranular fracture has been found.In conclusion,the primary reason is carbon content go beyond the standard requirement and the bolts has not been performed by the solution heat treat-ment,all those lead the occurrence of stress corrosion cracking.
