针对某石化公司120万 t/a 柴油加氢改质装置开工试车过程中出现的新氢压缩机基础振动大的问题,从压缩机设计、安装等方面分析了振动原因,提出了相应的改造方案。改进后压缩机开机正常,基础振动得到大幅缓解,满足了装置长周期安全运行的要求。

Aiming at the foundation vibration raised in new hydrogen compressors during trial star in a petrochemical company of 1.2 million t/a diesel hydro-upgrading,analysis was made from compressor design and installation and appropriate solution programs were proposed.After improvement,the compressor starts normally,its foundation vibration is reduced and meets the requirement of long-term operation.
