介绍了南山终端厂区液化石油气(LPG)回收工艺的特点、LPG 精馏工艺原理以及精馏操作影响因素,对影响 LPG 产能的参数进行了相应测试,从工艺角度分析了现有 LPG 回收工艺处理流程中制约 LPG 产能的因素。根据分析结果,提出了提高脱 C2塔的压力、合理降低低温分离器温度及改变凝析油处理模式等优化方案,工艺参数优化后千桶凝析油 LPG 回收率得到提高,验证了优化方案的合理性,经济效益、社会效益显著。

The liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)recovery characteristics on site were introduced. The principle and influencing factors of fraction were introduced as well.Factors that restrict the LPG production through the corresponding test of related parameters from key points of process control were studied.By the analysis of test results,some optimization solutions were raised on heightening C2 remover tower pressure,lowering low temperature (LTS)temperature,modif-ying LPG process model,thereby the LPG recovery rate was leveled up and the rationality,eco-nomic and social efficiency of the optimization solutions were tested and proved.
