目的：利用荧光原位杂交技术检测5例三原核废弃胚胎的染色体嵌合情况。方法对新疆佳音医院生殖医学中心IVF实验室行IVF的三原核废弃胚胎5枚消化后获得卵裂球，进行FISH检测。结果共获得36个卵裂球，其中23个卵裂球固定后见核，其中单倍体8个，二倍体3个，三倍体4个，非整倍体嵌合13个。结论5例三原核胚胎染色体分离呈现无序的方式，这种无序分离可能是导致胚胎异常的原因。
목적：이용형광원위잡교기술검측5례삼원핵폐기배태적염색체감합정황。방법대신강가음의원생식의학중심IVF실험실행IVF적삼원핵폐기배태5매소화후획득란렬구，진행FISH검측。결과공획득36개란렬구，기중23개란렬구고정후견핵，기중단배체8개，이배체3개，삼배체4개，비정배체감합13개。결론5례삼원핵배태염색체분리정현무서적방식，저충무서분리가능시도치배태이상적원인。
Objective Detection the chromosome chimerism of 5 cases 3 pronucleus discard embryos with fluorescence in situ hybridization. Methods 5 cases 3 pronucleus discard embryos with IVF from the IVF laboratory in reproductive medicine centre of JiaYin Hosptial. To digest the embryos and get the blastomere, detection the chromosome with FISH. Results 36 blastomeres were get from 5 embryos and take the nucleuses from 23 blastomeres, 8 blastomeres were haploid, 3 blastomeres were diploid, 13 blastomeres were chimaera. Conclusion Separat chromosome were disordered from 3 pronucleus embryos in mitosis,. The disorder may cause abnormal separation of embryo.
