钢丝绳经过滑轮或卷筒时偏角过大是造成钢丝绳早期磨损的主要原因之一,合理控制钢丝绳偏角范围尤为重要。通过分析滑轮、卷筒的结构,以及钢丝绳在桥式起重机和欧式起重机中绕进或绕出的具体过程,提出钢丝绳绕进或绕出滑轮槽时,其中心线走向并非总是直线状态。指出目前供设计人员参考的钢丝绳偏角范围之规定有一定局限,并不适应所有类型起重机。

Too large deflection occurring when the wirerope passes through the pulley or drum is one of the main rea-sons for premature wear of wire rope,so it’s important to reasonably control the deflection range of wire rope.Through anal-ysis of both pulley and drum structures,and specific process of wirerope winding in and out in the overhead crane and Euro-pean crane,the paper puts forward that when the wire rope winds in and out of the pulley groove,the central line is not al-ways straight.The paper also points out that the wirerope deflection range to be referred to by designers is restricted to some extent,not applied to all types of cranes.
